We want you to love your Blumi Brush. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging where possible. We accept returns even for opened items under our satisfaction guarantee, but items must not be damaged through misuse.
How to start a return
Email us at support@blumi.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and a return address. Ship the item back (see "Return shipping" below). We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return shipping Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the return is our error, we'll cover return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
