Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (Update if you ship internationally.)
Shipping cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.
Delivery times
Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Lost or stolen packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us at support@blumi.me within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
